Q: I bought some merch items, and have some questions. Who can I email?

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders containing El Cielo vinyl will ship between May and July of 2023. Please note that if your order includes stand alone merch items AND vinyl, your order will ship once vinyl is ready to ship. We do not ship partial orders.

 

Q: I purchased El Cielo on vinyl. Will I receive a digital download of the album?

A: Yes. Digital downloads will be delivered via email within 72 hours of purchase. If you did not receive yours, please email us at info@merchconnectioninc.com and let us know your order number.

 

Q: Can I exchange or return a merch item that I purchased?

A: Yes, please email us at info@merchconnectioninc.com with your order number to arrange an exchange.

 

Q: When will I be charged for my order?

A: You will be charged in full at the time checkout is completed.

 

Q: How will my package be shipped?

A: We use UPS and USPS to ship packages. We decide which is best at the time of packing. Please note that your order can still be delivered to a PO Box even if we ship using UPS.

 

Q: How long will it take for my international package to arrive?

A: By default, we ship via UPS for packages weighing under 4lbs, and USPS for orders weighing over 4lbs. UPS generally delivers to your local customs agency within 2 weeks, though this can take up to 6 weeks. Your local postal service will then make the final delivery. USPS generally delivers within 2 to 3 weeks, with your local postal service making the final delivery. Please note that USPS Priority Mail is the only international shipping service that includes detailed tracking information. You must select that option if you want detailed tracking and fast delivery. We do not have a way of expediting customs clearance for any packages, nor can we intervene with foreign customs.
